Imagining Sounds 2 Remixed Part 1 is out now through Beatport and a number of other sites. The feedback on this one is excellent, including support from Ferry Corsten (who played it in his radio show Corsten’s Countdown), Nic Fanciulli, Armin van Buuren, Jody Wisternoff, Anthony Pappa, The Timewriter and many others.
Especially the Remy Remix is getting a lot of attention, but it also contains an excellent remix by Matt Rowan as well as 2 of the originals from the album.

Francesco Pico's first artist album 'Imagining Sounds' was released on Extrema Music in 2007. It was received extremely well by industry giants like Laurent Garnier and Dave Seaman. The single 'All By Yourself' was even featured in Sasha's Essential Mix and used by Jimmy van M to end his Balance 10.1 album.
Roughly two years later, Francesco has finished writing the long-expected follow up. Imagining Sounds 2 is set for release on the 3rd of June 2009 on Outside the Box Music. Early supporters already include Hernan Cattaneo and Nick Warren, and we are without a doubt that many are to follow. The original album was unique at the time, being written as one long track rather than a collection of individual songs. Needless to say, Francesco has approached his second album much in the same way. Imagining Sounds 2 is, quite literally, a journey through dance music, ranging from 808-influenced electronica like 'Heart breaks' to guaranteed club slammers like 'Smashed into the sky'.
Imagining Sounds 2 will be available both in digital format (mixed and separate tracks) as well as in physical format (mixed). Besides the album, which will include 9 brand new previously unreleased tracks, a series of remix EP's is also set for release later this year.
